Traditionally in romance films there are male and female leading roles who meet by fate and fall in love. The resolution is usually positive however in some the endings can be tragic and have a lasting, emotional effect on the audience. The majority of the scenes are set in the day to create a happy, light hearted mood. There is normally a score playing throughout that is repeated during certain scenes the set the mood.
